If its a picture that is currently on your computer you first need to get it on the internet some how....there are different free sites that allow you to store photos online, I use photobucket....you need to start an account there and then upload the photos you want to post to there....once you have done that it is just a matter of copying the "image location" from there and pasting it into the box that pops up when you click on the little icon that has a mountain and moon on it....
If the picture is already on a website or online somewhere already, all you have to do is right click on the picture, go to properties, copy the address and paste it into aformentioned little mountain icon.....
