Zuk DF250 Pulling back when coming off a wave

I have twin 04 DF250's One engine has started to pull back and try to die when I crest a wave. A couple of times the engine has dies when coming off larger waves. The engine quickly returns to the proper RPM after a half second or so. Any ideas on the issue?
