need to know horsepower of my boat

I just bought a 1985 19 foot bayliner capri with a 2.1L volvo-penta enginge and i cant find any tags i need to know what the horsepower is?

Sounds like it It should be around 125hp.. i believe that around what a 2.1 would be ..thats just an estimate though

Easy answer for a simple question. I just googled Volvo 2.1 l boat motor HP and it came up 110.

SOunds good, I pulled my estimate from knowing the 2 liter motor in a 70's buick put out 115. lol so i just threw on some extra

go to the bayliner section of this forum and theres a thread in there with bayliners phone number. give them a call with your HID # and they will tell you all kinds of stuff and send you a free copy of the owners manual as well. We arent allowed to post the phone number in here anymore but you can find it in the bayliner section.
