lower unit

trying to help my older brother change oil in the lower unit on on his mercury 7.5 out board but i can not figure it out he dose not know what year it is he thinks it is a 1990 can any one help me thank you

There are 2 screws ,one on the bottom of the foot and one above the cavitation plte(above the prop).remove both ,let it drain,fill it from the bottom hole till it comes out the top hole,replace screws.Check the shape of the washers on the screws.
