I just picked up an 18', 94 Alumaweld Intruder. The floorboards are rotten and need to be replaced. I don't know if I should replace with marine plywood and reuse the cover material or if there is a better material to use. Any comments would be helpful. Thanks

Marine plywood would be ideal. Many of us have used regular exterior ply. Just make sure you stay away from pressure treated as it eats aluminum.

Thanks for the heads up on pressure treated plywood. Has anyone used synthetic(plastic) boards?

Sounds like a good idea, but very costly. Plywood sealed right should last a very long time (guessing 50 years). By then, I'm sure you'll have moved on to another boat.

Boats don't have floors, they have Decks. Like Oops said, most people on here use Ext. Grade ply with Glass and Resin.
