Ted Williams general information

I picked up a Ted Williams by Sears motor in a yard sale and have no idea what I have, there are few markings on this motor. I did locate a model number of: 574-59840. If anyone can help out this extreme novice, I would be very thankful. Thanks in advance for your help.

Motor was built by McCulloch I believe a 68-69 4 hp.
Power head is air cooled with a pump to cool the leg.
Original plug J18Y,set at .030.Points .020.
48:1 fuel mix with TCW3 rated oil. The Scott guy at ask the scott guy
may be able to help.
