Johnson super sea horse

i was looking for a tag on this motor finally found one model number is RX-12m says it puts out 28 hp at 4500 rpm serial num. is J2431611 need help on what year to get a manual and maybe what should be done to it before i start ie water pump kit or something else hasn't been in the water since 07

I also came across a super sea-horse 40hp. But can't find any number?
I put coils ect. in and have it running,any idea what it's worth?

that would explain the size and weight it's bigger than the 48hp johnson i have
