If your driveshaft is origainal it's a one piece shaft. If it's been replaced with a newer 2 piece shaft there is a special tool used to pop the top half out of the lower.
We'll assume you need to replace the driveshaft in your motor. Make sure the one you found on line is the correct one and the price includes both the upper and lower. If I remember right each end is about 300.
