2008 bayliner 215 alphi 1 5.0 2blr carb, only 3 hrs on unit , put away in nov 2009 full tank and plenty of stable in fuel ran with stable . went to start 7/04/2010 crank no start replaced fuel /water sep, spin-on, fuel pumped up to carb full bowl , tried same no start. pored fuel into carb started ran for 5sec repeted several times same resaults ..no fuel spraying when working throtle.. i don, have a repair manual anything i can do befor taking to a merc dealer.. thanks bucster

Not sure which manuals you need. The manual list in the Adults only sticky is only good through 2007.
Did you put the safety kill switch lanyard in place? If not, it will not start.

Most likely your needle and seat is stuck inside the carb, You could try tapping on the fuel bowl area to see if you can get it unstuck.
