86-50hp Force only runs at idle

I have a 50HP force Bayliner Capri that only runs at idle. In a tank at home it runs to full throttle, but in the water under load it will only idle (stalls when throttle opened). Changed fuel, fuel pump diaphram, filter, and cleaned the carb. Is this an engine problem, or something else i.e. prop gears etc.

Did you lync n sync after cleaning the carbs?

I did not lync n sync, as i don't know what that means. can you explain, thanks.

My bad, no lync and sync - you have only one carb. All you would need to do is throttle rod and choke rod adjustments as well as idle speed and mixture adjustments. I will pm you the section of the manual on these adjustments.
