Hi Guys,

I checked compression over the weekend on my Evinrude XP150 and all the cylinders but one had 90-95. One had like 85.

Is this OK?

That not as bad as it sounds I would decarb and recheck. Take one gallon of gas and put 3/4 of a can of sea foam in it run the motor at a fast ldle. ever ten minutes take the plugs out spray the sea in the cylinders then repeat till its all gone.

For one I should warn you it with smoke like the house it on fire. It cleans the pistons up and frees up the rings that are most likey sticking due to carbon build up.
