If MonArk doesn't have them then you can make a thwart ('cross bar') from alloy tubing. I've made several over the years.
Seats can be made the same way by installing two thwarts at appropriate height/spacing and fabricating the seat part from virtually anything from plywood to rawhide lacing. I've woven very comfortable seats from nylon parachute cord.
