Any tip for breaking loose forward anchor pin

Just got in the forward anchor pins for the trim cylinders, any tip's to breaking them free.
(I do have oxy/acetelyn set up but do not want to melt the aluminum housing)

My manual says to gently heat them.

If it`s been quite a few years, leave them alone. retap or chase any threads.If it cannot be budged with heat and oil you will need to cut it flush, center punch the shaft, and drill it out.
SOMETIMES a thin hole can be drilled between the shaft and housing to allow oil to seep on.

Wish I could but the area under were the nut ends up is literly gone, just a big divvet!
So it either the oxy/acet torch or the propane torch, these gotta come out.
