I have a 1995 Evinrude Intruder. Last weekend, I was pulling it out of the water and my up trim would not work. The down trim was fine and I didn't hear anything when I pushed the up button. When I got home a few hours later, It would buzz as normal when I pushed it but it would not lift the motor. I changed the Up relay and still nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion? I want to keep fishing and the Marine dealers are backed up for months.

Did you check the fluid level to ensure it is full and bleed the system of air?

Thank's for the advise Chris, No, I didn't, I thought because the switch was not making a sound at first, It may be an electrical issue. I'll check the fluids.

Did you try bypassing the switch? I had the same problem a few years ago and it ended up being the switch on the engine. It wouldn't click/buzz or anything when I tried to put the engine down. Up would work fine.
