1995 merc 225hp offshore efi PLEASE HELP

i have a 225 merc efi offshore when i run at a low rpm through no wake zones then go to run it back up it bogs down and takes a 10 to 20 seconds then it clears out and runs like new can anyone help me with this problem going to try to replace fuel lines next nedd this running good before the giants show up

Sounds like fouled plugs to me. When the engine is cold the pcm injects extra fuel and oil to prevent cold engine damage. This extra oil can build up on plugs @ lower rpm's only to be cleared when the engine temp and rpm's come up. What oil are you using?
