Grease to put on connections?

Hi all,
I put in a second fuse panel a few months back and put dielectric spark plug grease all over everything. Now there is hardly any left on there. The original panel has gobs of whatever grease was used there since day 1. Could I just be using an inferior grease, or is there something better for this?

I've found anti seize works very well for any elec connections that will want to corrode. I've been using it on batt connections, both top and side post, and have had real good luck with it. Of course if you get it on your hands it's harder to wipe off than grease, but it stays where you want it.

Correct me if I am wrong but won't anti sieze grease conduct and you will have to be careful about it crossing connections?

I agree with Bruceb58. I thought anti-seize had copper or nickle in it.

Any grease at all will work very well to inhibit corrosion.

I have a smallish 10-year-old tube of brake caliper grease that I keep on the boat for that purpose. I don't diy the cars anymore, the tube is a good size to store, and it's the only way I'll ever get to (maybe) use it up.
