aq125a timing mark / New belt

Can't find timing mark on 1984 Volvo Penta Aq125a, replacing timing belt
to replace the broke one. I have tore apart the front pulley, sea water
pump, , the cam pulley has a notch on the wheel
and on the metal guard , the new belt has 1 line and 2 line mark no idea ?
The outer pulley that drive alternator does not have any notch.

Don't know how you expect to get it timed right without a manual.

The info in the manual very helpful.

? What position or alignment the rotor must be in relation to # 1 Cylinder
From the front the engine @ 7 o'clock or # 1 spark plug wire? Just want to
make sure before moving the Crankshaft into position
