2003 75 hp 4 stroke flooding out

Hi all, I have a 2003 merc 4 stroke carbureted motor that won't run. Cranking the engine for 10 seconds will load the cylinders so bad that fuel runs out of the spark plugs when I pull them. The engine has over 100 psi compression on all cyl. and good spark. I put fresh fuel and plugs in it but no luck!!
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Where is the best source for kits? Also, when I squeeze the prime bulb, it has little resistance and the sound of rushing gas can be heard from the carb assembly.

the best source is a merc dealer but you can get them at many online marine stores or ebay. get new floats for the carbs also. if you still have issues with the primer bulb after that then the hose, primer bulb and/or gas tank fitting may be bad.
