i don't know if you did this already but i just did mine. I used a electric fuel pump bought off of amazon and hooked it up to my motor connection and that drained most but mine had water in the gas tank and like i just learned water is heavier than gas and there is still more at the bottom. To get rid of that i removed my floor board and removed my sending unit (little round disc connected by 5 screws) from the tank and then sucked 2 gallons more out and yes it was 90% water
