Leaking Oil?

my 75 hp 3 cylinder has some brown oil leaking from the small hole right below the screw that says "VENT" (see picture) i want to know if there is anything above that hole that holds a reservoir of oil like the top of the drive shaft.. i did put grease on the whole shaft thinking it would get some protection from the elements i dont know if that came off in the water or if there is a place for oil besides the prop... please see pictures.

That's a weep hole.Un-burned gas/oil seeps down and it will leak there and other places.Normal.J

si there is no sort of oil that needs to be changed / checked on except in the prop housing correct?

Westin , Is your motor on a Raycraft? If so, may I send you a private message concerning any floor repairs on it. I have a 1969 14? or 15? Raycraft with a soft spot. JOW

its a 1980 3 cylinder Chrysler 2 stroke # 757h9e ... as seen in the picture...

It's a weep hole.And i have the same motor. Mine runs like a champ, how yours??
