1986 85 hp force

Took boat out today. Motor was shooting white steam out of the 2 small holes above the propeller and sometimes just hot air. Can someone tell me what causes this and maybe the cost to fix. Water come out before thank you

There is no fix needed.That's normal.Send a check to Jerry.
Those holes are for a pressure relief system.Put in a new impeller.Just to make sure.J

Mine does the same thing, completely normal, but having a fresh impeller is a good idea and cheap for the piece of mind

when i first got this motor water came out of the 2 small holes
