1973 SeaRay SRV200 prop Size

I recently acquired a 1973 SeaRay SRV200 with a Mercruiser 888 (188hp) I/O. Does anyone have any idea what the stock prop size was for that boat? I am pretty certain that the prop I have is wrong; I am only getting 3700RPM WOT and at idle speed it is moving way to fast. The prop that is on it is pretty beat up and I can't read the marks. I contacted SeaRay and their records don't go back that far. Any help would be appreciated.

Best thing would be to get the prop repaired ,if possible, and then run it to get a base line.They can tell you the size.You really need the rpm and speed.without there is no way to tell how well the prop or motor is working.
SRV200 I believe is 19' a total guess on the prop would be a 21"
