72 evinrude seal kit?

First of all this is my first post but I have been reading a lot on the forum and I must say there is tons of info!

1972 Evinrude 65hp
I picked up a boat with this motor and a really heavy duty trailer for $350 I thought it was a good deal. Motor runs very well. All cylinders tested 105psi +/- 2 pounds not to bad i guess. Shifts into forward and reverse, and I get water coming from the little pee hole after clearing a bunch of stuff that was clogged in the hole. After a couple of minutes running i can hold my fingers on the cylinders for probably 3 seconds or so. However...
After pulling the plug on the lower unit the oil looked pretty milky. I want to go ahead and replace the impeller and all the seals. Well Im looking for the lower unit seal kit and I have searched the forum and looked around at multiple websites and ebay! ahh its driving me crazy. The local dealer can't get it as well. What next? Do they even make one or do I have to get each individual seal?

Bonus it came with the clymer shop repair

Don't see a seal kit listed. Look at the parts breakdown of your engine, there arn't that many seals and o-rings that you need.

Would be my first ever ripping into a lower unit and I wasn't sure exactly what seals to get that was the main problem. Guess I will make a list and maybe someone could fill me in if I were to miss one.

It might be a good idea to get the OEM service manual, will help with the procedure and and ansewer all of your questions.
Seals on the drive shaft under the water pump, gasket under the shift solenoid cover, seals on the prop shaft, o-ring on the bearing housing and the o-rings on the screws that hold the bearing housing in. I think that is about all you need.
