someone please help

this is driving me crazy, i was going real slow in forward and i hit a rock and now my boat goes good in forward for 7 seconds or so and then it has a twitch, the faster i good the faster and harder the twitch happens but in reverse i can go full throttle and no twitch and it could be the lower unit but i dont think so because it wouldve broke all together and i can still drive it around with the twitch and there is no prop damage and no exterior motor damege either so what couldve happened and what can i do to fix it.

ALL HELP IS NEEDED, THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY THANKS IN ADVANCE

Some props have a pressed in hub, You might have spun it or knocked it out of balance. Also remove the prop and spin the prop shaft it might have a slight bend to it and you will see the wobble. If so have it repaired asap.

i changed the prop and ran it in my canal and nothing happened when i pushed it into forward going slow but as soon as i put more throttle it started its little twitch and with a little more speed came harder twitches and they came faster and faster till i was going full speed with the twitches happening a second apart????????????????????????????????????????????????? what could it be

cant say for sure but maybe u chiped a tooth in the forward gear
