need help 2 id a engine

Hi I'm new to this site and new to repairing outboard boat motor could someone please tell me what make this model no. is CE60ECOD bought this boat used and someone painted the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If it is a outboard, there are forums on here for them. This forum is for I/O engines. They are in the forums just above this one. Good luck with your search. There are alot of great people on here that should be able to help you with your search.

Canada made 1985 Evinrude 60 HP short shaft electric start.
