Mercury F50 EFI Wiring Index

Hello

First of all, i have to say that my english isnt that good, so please remember that thanks.

My Problem is, that i have no wiring diagram for my new MERCURY F50 ELPT EFI
On the Quicksilver/Mercury Remote Control is an 14 Pin Connector to the engine, an 9 Pin Connector to the Smartcraft Instruments and there are 5 Cables and that 5 cables, i dont understand what they are for.
For better explanaition i will add some Pictures of the Box and the Cables

The 5 cables are:

PINK
YELLOW- black stripe
BLUE- white stripe
GREEN- white stripe
BROWN- blue stripe

Does anyone know what these cables are for?

My next problem is that i have an analog RPM, and TRIM Module

How do i connect this?
Are the cables im am looking for on The 9 Pin Connector Smartcrfat Cable?

But the Bigger Question are the 5 Cables

It would be very nice if you could help me out

Well... having just changed my remote, on mine, BLUE-white strip and GREEN-white stripe are tilt up and down. Not sure which is up and which is down, don't remember.

The BROWN-*white* stripe (on mine the stripe was white) came from the trim indicator sending unit.

I'm betting Merc has left the colors alone all these years, but not sure.

Have no clue on the other two.

You need a factory service manual. Mine explained all this.

I googled for hours, but i dont found anything that brings me forward, does noone have the same Control Box?

Is this engine model the same as it in 2002 was?

I have same issue, and wonder if you have ever had this resolved. I have a 10 pin (only nine are active) conector and the same five loose wires. I want to install a tac and cannot find any information on the wiring. My O/B is a 25 Jet but is otherwise same controls......

Hi, i have resolved this problem

This Part should help you out

Part Number: 84-892990-T01

This is an Cable that u can put in the smartcraft 9pin connector, and connect ur tach, trim gauge and so on.

costs 25dollar

All Cables are shown for what they are for, if u dont want to buy that cable i can help u out with the correct wiring colours and what they are for.

the 5 loose cables are not used, only 4 a second engine
