I have a Chrysler 360 in my boat and to be honest with you, you and I have very rare set ups. Check out my website there is a whole page on the motor build alone.
You can always try ...... HERE! http://www.iboats.com/mall/index.cgi?prod_id=41960
I wouldn't rebuild it. Its not worth the hassle. That pump has been in there for more then 30 years. Not only is the diaphragm bad but I bet the whole thing is worn out. For as cheap as they are there is no reason not to replace it.
PS you didn't here it from me but the same fuel pump only cost 30 bucks at Pep Boys. I have compared both (original to the Pep Boys one) and there is no difference then the ones you get at the marine stores.
I found a "automotive" pump for $20 at AUTOZONE. I think that's what I'll go with. My motor is in a 1962 Chris Craft Sea Skiff which I'm bringing back to life.
