Lake Robinson in Hartsville, SC is only about 20 minutes away-but I don't like it and only use it for sea trials when working on the boat. 45 minutes to the Santee Cooper Lakes and just over an hour to Lakes Wateree and Murray. Lake Wateree is where we used to spend most of our time. I now have an apartment on Lake Murray in Columbia, SC for working out of town and am considering dry docking the boat this summer on Murray. I have never been on Murray and am looking forward to it. I do hear that it can get quite crowded on weekends.

I'm about 3 miles from the Clinch river and Melton Hill Lake and about 8 miles from the Tennessee river and Fort loudon Dam.

5 miles for spring launching, or 20 miles when the lake level drops in the summer/fall.

How about 900 miles from my house to my houseboat at Lake Powell.

But only 1-2 hrs to 4 local lakes with the ski boat.

We keep the boat in the garage, and its about 35min to Tablerock Lake near the Missouri/Arkansas border. Nice sized lake at about 850mi of shoreline and 50K surface acres, clear and pretty deep as well.

I am 5 miles to the launch ramp of the lake otherwise I have 1 hour to get to the ohio river

Hi Guys:
I live in Cloverdale a suburb of Vancouver, BC. It's 10 minutes from White Rock for the ocean and access to the Gulf Islands and 20 minutes for the Fraser River and access to Pitt Lake and Harrison Lake. Summer and early fall are fantastic and easy travelling. I'm going to drive to the Okanagan this summer and try the lakes there. About a 6 hour drive.

In Minnesota you're never far from a lake.

5-10 min away...the problem is there isn't enough time to visit all the lakes.

272 miles for me. I go to Lake Havasu on average every other week for the weekend from May to the early part of September. I just can't get enough of that lake! When i get an urge to go in between those weeks, its a 45 minute drive to a small lake, Lake Pyramid.

1.5 hrs to 2 of the lakes we hit regularly. 6.5 hrs to the lake I grew up on & we vacation at every summer. 45 mins to the Delaware River.

Sure am envious of those who can walk across their yard to their boat sitting in the water next to their dock

70 miles to Norfolk lake, 180 to Lake of the Ozarks, 150 to Stockton. but currently, what has me down, is I am 880 miles from the BOAT!!
