hit sand bar!!!!!

[Aqua Vision]

i have a 1997 outboard 150 on a 1997 201 proline, well i hit a sandbar and now the tilt does not work?? long time pushing out of sand with prop stuck in sand...<br /><br />any suggestions why it does not work?

You have a 1997 outboard..? With a 150 hp.. Can you narrow it down some? Mercury?
