can't shut off engine(IVECO 8281SRM70) 24V

Of late, once engine hot, won't shut off with stop button and has to be done manually. Can't find reason for this. When engine's cold all o.k.<br />Checked wiring, replaced start relay and off relay and replaced solenoids..problem still persists...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Check the wiring, especially the grounds.<br />Have no idea what that engine is, but electrical things work the same. Dirty, corrodeded, and basically poor connections are the most common problem with relays and solenoids when the relays and solenoids have been replaced and/or are known to be good. Might also check the stop button itself.

does the stop solinoid activate when the stop button is depressed? if it does not check all the wiring, if it does but not far enough check for excessive voltage drop and solinoid position adjustment or dirty plunger.its also possible the solinoid coils are failing, test them when hot and its not working.
