Hope this helps classic!!! Let me know if I can be of further help, RR
There we go. Those were happier days on the water. Little did I know I was damaging the hull with every pounding wave. I'll be ready for next year.
I see you have your pictures in yahoo.Their site doesn't support hosting so go to this site and start you an account it is free and simple.
http://photobucket.com/register.php
Bubbakat, I'm not sure what the advantage is to use photobucket. What is "hosting"? Previously I included a link to my Yahoo photo site and readers have viewed my photos there. The photo above is from my Yahoo site.
Some members are not members of yahoo and if they are not logged in they will only get the red x
That is what it is showing me but I can go to the site where you have them stored and look at them.
Yup, that was my first try. It's like a fish outta water, and it still is out of the water. Is another hosting site the only solution or will beermonsta's suggestion work for everyone?

classicboater
Try the link that bubbakat gave. Photobucket works fine but it is starting to get very popular, if you are going to register, do it soon before they start charging

Aldo
I've posted more pics on photobucket so you can see what I'm up against. Might take a while before I get the photos organized, but you get the picture.
http://photobucket.com/albums/v423/classicboater/
G Dane, yes it is a '60s, 1964 in fact. The boat is an Alpex Sea Aira by Alumacraft. The motor is an Evinrude Speedifour 75hp. What a team!! The motor took some work to get it performing properly then I pounded her around the lake with tube in tow and found the floor was rotted and the hull started to flex (and crack). Now we're doing some restoration, not show quality but to make her seaworthy. There's always next year.
You already did a fine job cleaning everything up. I just did some stringer work on mine, you wont regret being carefull with that, feels good when its done.
There is nothing wrong with fixing up an old boat. Heck mine is a 1976 but there is one thing you and I and several others on here can brag about.
1- we know what is under the floor
2- We know exactly how many payments left on it.
