Ya I am working on geting some pics together I dont have a digital cam but my bud who has the jointer has one and took some pics of the setup for me. I am just waiting for him to email them to me
I am very hapy with the joints and am glad you talked me into it petrolhead! They are stronger than I would have thought, I had screwed the joints together with some 3/4" 10's so I could fit it to the transome and on my way out to the car port with transom in hand I tripped on a cord and went rite down on the piece with the joint rite out in front, it was like slow motion on the way down all I could see was my new joint smashing to bits as it hit the ashfault but low and behold all I did was knock a little chunk out of the corner and skin my knees, the joint with only 4 screws and no glue didnt even budge When you look at the joint from the edge you cant even tell that the joint is there the veneres splice back together perfectly ...
