Re: Transom started
Mark the inside glass of the transom was glassed to the deck at the splashwell I had to cut the glass on the transom around the splashwell to seperate the deck and hull it is a shoebox joint but it had a real hack fix previous a piece of ply thrown in at motor mounting and then glassed to the back of the splashwell

After it was cut I was able to seperate the deck and hull There wasn't even a chance to think of seacast,Im going to cut the floor back 2 feet it's cut back only 1 foot now and hope the floation foam is dry there'once it's all cleaned up I plan on mat on hull ply ,mat, ply fill any gaps with miroballon and resin mixture then woven roving to the sides of the hull and bottom but not behind splashwell and then a final coat of mat sealing the whole transom After the floor is done and tied into the transom drop the deck back on I will have to pull the transom ahead a bit I think not sure at this point but I'm ready for it if I have to while i'm glassing the transom
