Stringer Replacement ???

What type of wood should I use for the stringers and also for the flooring. And what do you recomend cutting the floor out with ?

I like to use marine grade plywood for stringers. One can laminate them as needed to achieve the desired thickness. <br /><br />I also like marine ply for the floor. <br /><br />Cover all exposed wood with 2 coats of epoxy. <br /><br />You can use a number of tools to cut out your floor, but the right tool depends on your situation. Hey Dan<br />Well I figured out that my grinder worked fine, What a mess though. I have two stringers I need to replace it looks and smells like they used pine ? to make the stringers I think I'll follow your advice though on laminating them. I want to post some pictures and I hope to soon. It is a 21' buccaneer.
