My boat has sat for a few years (3-4 would be a safe bet). Took it on a sea-trial this past October. The engine started and the boat boated. Do I just put fresh gas in the tank come Spring or try and ciphon whatever is in the tank now?
get what's in there out, and you may have to clean the carbs after running it in October. i removed the fuel gauge sender, and ran hose out the stearn drain hole, and siphoned in to fuel cans. change your water separator filter.
