Boat seat replacement

I am in the process of replacing my boat seats from wooden to poly. I need to retrofit on of my jump seats. One fits the other doesn't because of my gas tank, any Ideas, or does someone make an adapter kit, and if so where do I purchase one?

I have a 1985 Ebbtide Catalina with the seats in the bow needing replacement...do you have any idea where i can find some?
