Minn Kota copilot question?

How is the response time when adding a Minn Kota copilot with the hand deld controller? didn't add it yet but was thinking about it.

A buddy of mine has the copilot. I haven't noticed any "lag time" between the handheld controller and the pedal.<br />m

We have one on our 80lb autopilot and found out we dont use the foot control much at all. it took a little to get used to but overall we like it very well. guess thats why i've seen so many autopilot foot controls on ebay.

This year I put the co pilot on my 74 Riptide powerdrive w/ autopilot . Although I only had it out once this year so far, I didn't notice any difference in response time compared to that of the pedal.<br /><br />I strapped the remote controller to a retractable lanyard on my belt and think I'm really gonna like the co pilot.
