Reef Runner Boats

I am wondering if anyone knows anything about reef runner boats. I have not been able to find to much on the internet. I recently found a left over 2002 reef runner 21 foot center consol with a merc 125 on it. They are asking $22,000 for the boat do you think this is a good deal. Also will a 125 push this boat. Finally is this an ok make to look into. I am a first time boater!!!!!!
