1994 Johnson 200 Ocean Pro Running Temp.

I just installed new temp gauges on my motors, can someone tell me what the approximate Running temps should be is degrees Farenheit. 25' Hydra Sport, Twin 200's running in the Gulf of Mexico.<br /><br />Thanks<br />Tom

Close to 150 at idle, 120/130 at above 2500 rpms. I sure some one will post book numbers. After you verify engines are running correct temps with melt stick or temp gun/probe, you can move the meter needles with a 1 ohm adjustable resistor from radio shack, insert the resistor in sensor wire close to guage.
