1990 90hp evinrude rpms

ok heres what ive'done so far new rings rod all new rod bearings boyson reeds this moters on a 15 foot tide craft at wot it runs 5500rpms it has a 14 by 19 prop it's bored 20 over i'm still not happy with the performance is there any way to get more out of it it only runs 30 mph on my speedo l

jobassing'<br /><br /> 5000-6000 is the operating range. 5800 would be ok! You could drop to a 17" pitch prop and that would get you close to the range you want to be in.( 5700-5800 )<br /><br />Rick
