Greg, they are called grommets and are included in the complete water pump kit from OMC. Probably available as a separate part from an OMC dealer. The P/N depends on the model/year. Talk to a dealer.

If we are still talking about the 73 V4, the long one is #314765. The short one is #314081. Believe it or not the short one is more money. I used to stock only the long ones and cut them off. The only reason one is shorter is so you start one tube then the other.<br /><br />If yours are "missing" they are probably stuck on the tubes. Look up inside the exhaust housing. If they are there you can get them off with a stiff hook. Like a seal remover. <br /><br />Good luck!
