Can u id this outboard's year??

I have a 60hp evinrude not sure what year. It had two numbers ion top of the what looked like a freeze plug on the top of the motor..<br /><br />numbers were as follow:<br /><br />60173E<br />J02633<br /><br />it's on the back of a 15ft starcraft.<br /><br />I want to rebuild it but need to know the year to get the right parts..<br /><br />Thanks for your help..!<br /><br />
