Hi Guys, finally took the VRO pump apart, cleaned it and putting back together tonight. <br /><br />The top nipple (mixed fuel-out) seems to be missing. The 3/8” fuel line was stretched over a boss that measures 7/16” dia. and it’s about ¼” high. It’s got a tapered hole inside of it. I believe there was some kind of a nipple inside of there and have been thinking about making something to fit in there but I think I’ll stick with the way it was unless someone can make a better suggestion here. Work friends suggestions were all good but epoxying seems to be an issue with the old plastic??<br /><br />Have 2 rebuild kits (1 for each side) I ordered from masterteck. Have 1 large o-ring and one tiny one, extra pieces? The one that was in the vaccum port (approx. 5/8 dia.) I'll have to re-use as neither supplied is a close dia. match. <br /><br />Happy Boating, I mean Thanksgiving
