200 HP 1995 Evinrude carb problem

Bottom right carb getting excessive fuel. Spitting fuel out front of barrel. Replaced reeds, changed reed and carb gaskets and still the same. If I switch carbs same cylinder does the same thing. Compression and spark good. Only idles real badly. Idle screw doesn't affect it. High rpms run great. Had mechanics look at it and they are stumped. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Is that my right or your right? Sorry couldn't help it. Have you checked the fuel recirculation system and primer system yet ?

Port or starboard carbuator, The lower port cylinder has pulse connection to the VRO pump. May be worth looking at. What are the compression numbers. What kind of reeds?

Danhaiz...<br /><br />The float isn't sticking is it and is it adjusted correctly? With float chamber inverted, float must be even with float chamber gasket surface +/- 1/32".<br /><br />Jim
