starter recoil mechanism

I have a 1981 Johnson 9.9hp with a bum recoil mechanism on the pull starter. I have worked on it a number of times over the past couple of years and she is now beyond repair. Does anyone know of an online OMC parts dealer where I may purchase the entire recoil mechanism....I have looked around at several sites but have been unable to find the part. Any help would be appreciated.
