need year/info on evinrude 4.5

We bought a boat that came with an older Evinrude 4.5 engine. We know nothing about it (year, oil/gas mixture, etc.). The numbers we found on the engine are E5RHLCNR and E0014401. Can anyone tell us what year this is and what oil/gas mixture we should be using? Thanks!!<br /><br />Shelly
