Hello <br />If there is a model number on the engine,you will find it on the transom clamp.<br />For manuals on this engine go to the "helpful links" on top of this page and klick on manuals.<br />There is only one manual for 1960 18 horse johnson and evinrude engines.<br />Good luck.

Jan....you will also find the model number on the engine block. Look for a large core plug on top. The model number will be stamped on it.

i have 18 sea horse without #'s also can't find any on motor or transom mount. I believe it is a 59' or 60' based on coniguration but not sure what year powerheads were same, and where do i find pistons?
