Need Fuel Pump Diagram

Well I had a blond moment and took apart my 1977 Evinrude 115 V4 Fuel Pump and I bought a new gaskit kit now I forgot how to put it back together. Duhhh anyway to get an exploded pic or a schematic or diagram of one. This is a very common fuel pump fit's a million motors. Thanks very much

Hi, Rip.<br /><br />Welcome to iboats. <br /><br />The best way to get what you need (and needed before you tried to work on your engine) is to get a Repair Manual.<br /><br />For short term help, try your library, where you can legally copy diagrams from a Manual.<br /><br />Good luck.

ripopperman...I reread these posts and thought <br />I may have been too curt.NOW there is a Word..when is the last tme you used it?Years since I have (grin)<br /><br />I don't know where else to get the info you need if it did not come with the kit.Maybe there is a site that will show you an exploded view.<br /><br />DHP

I do not have a diagram however I will suggest the library. Almost all of the OMC fuel pumps work the same way and go together the same.<br /><br />In other wiords, you won't need the EXACT manual for your engine.

Its not exactly an exploded diagram but if you go to the top of this page and click on the Marine Mega Mall tab, you can then do a "search" for "fuel pump". When you get them click on them and go to the bottom of the page. If nothing else it'll show you what it looks like when its together. Don't know if this will help but its worth a try.
