1998 Johnson oceanrunner 115 ficht. When i first start it at dock motor revs way up. I shut it off and start same thing. After about 5 times it settles down, idles good and runs ok for rest of day, but it is sputtering, spitting ,not running smooth and has some oil/gas leaking . Some say may be throttle sensor????? any help?
