Just wondering if the PT-130 tilt&trim unit made by CMC will work on my 1972 johnson 65hp? Good motor, but I herniated 3 discs in my back and can't horse it around like I used to.<br />thanks blt
There was a power tilt accessory for that motor, however power trim wasn't offered until 73. As for A unit by CMC, I haven't heard of it. a web link perhaps?
Boatownersworld.com is one. I think they even show it here on the iboats site. They have a 35 for smaller motors and the 130 for larger ones. Thanks....and you're right about the hole in the water.
i use a 130 on a 1973 50 hp and on a 85 mercuray . it works allright . the onley probablem i had with it is it threw the breaker if you hold thr down button very long while at w o t it will work fine on the 65 hp 1973 . my brotherinlaw got one and he wouldnt do without it now . itb is on a 85 hp mercuray . papasage
